If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it.
- Orders returned within 30 days from the purchase date are be eligible for a refund
- Orders returned after 45 days are eligible for a store credit
- We do not accept returns after 45 days
- We do not offer exchanges at this time
To be eligible for a refund or store credit, items must be returned with all original tags and packaging attached and in unworn, unused, new condition.
Before sending back your purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org quote your order number, name and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a returns form which must be included with the package in order for your return to be processed. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping and any fees or duties. Original shipping costs and duties paid (not to Jewel Rue) are not refundable.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
